a little paris and a little london all rolled into one delicious burrito...

PARIS FRANCE!!!!!!

a pretty picture of paris to start you off on a whirlwind of adventure for you mind...

ok so some of you may have noticed that it has been AGES since i last let you peek into my life...well i have been very busy and partly lazy so i have not blogged in about 1000 years. since i last left you, my loyal readers, i was in italy with mary for christmas at my aunt and uncle's house. from there mary and i hoped a train to milan and went to the airport when out of nowhere huge fog came through and grounded us making us about 5 hours delayed, not too bad but we were over italy and just wanted to get to paris where a bunch of our friends has landed the day before. we eventually landed in paris.

in total there was 7 of us let loose in paris and it was amazing. our hotel was a jump, hop, and a skip away from the arc de triomph

and we werent that far away from the eiffle tower either!!!!! now you know how everyone says that paris is not very nice smelling, they are totally right. its a smelly and pretty dirty city, it was always fun to see what paris smelled like that day!we really just ran around and went sight seeing for a few days... we went to the louvre, versailles, napoleon's tomb, notre dame. we had a lot of fun and we even spent new years in paris!!!!! we were really excited about it. we were pumped cause there was gonna be fireworks and it doesnt get much cooler than being by the eiffle tower for new years!!!! so we got all dressed up, ate dinner and hit the streets and started trucking it to the tower. it was crazy out...everyone was out and having a good time (even though it was slightly raining) and yelling "happy new year" or in french "bonne annee" ( at least i think that is how you spell it!). it was the perfect atmosphere. anyways we treked down to the eiffle tower and waited till midnight. we thought there was gonna be a huge fireword display since it was new years but instead there wasnt one that the city put on cause i guess last year there was too much violence or something (but i seriously doubt the fireworks were the reason for that) so all it did was sparkled like it does every hour for about 10 minutes (which is still really cool, but not as cool as i thought it would be but anyways). so after that we hung out in paris a few more days and ate more croissants and then boarded a plane and we all headed off to london... i was sad to leave paris but i had a good time and saw some amazing things such as the mona lisa and the venus de milo so i thought it was about time to go and get back to the monarchy!!!!!

LONDON ENGLAND!!!!!

so we all made it back to london safely from paris and we were tired and ready to sleep. so i had two people staying on my floor, sheena was staying in the hotel right next door to me, then sadie and amy and sadie's sister heidi (who flew over and met us in london) were staying just across the bridge! our time in london was spent mainly in central we saw all the fun sights and did all the monuments it was a good time. i saw a bunch of musicals (les miserables, wicked, and stomp) all of them were amazing and wicked was AMAZING!!!!!!! i loved it to pieces and pieces and i recommend it to anyone who has the chance to see it!!!! everyone had a really good time in london, i was able to show them around and eventually they were able to go off on their own so they could go do things in a smaller group, so there arent so many people to lump around. and on days i had to work on my paper i could send them off on their own. also we had a chance to go to hampton court palace and to brighton (which is by the shore) which was also a lot of fun!!!! it was so awesome hanging out with everyone (cause also 3 more people met up with us in london and two in paris) since i had not seen them all semester...it was so awesome to catch up with all of them. AND not only did they all leave on a monday but i left the next day cause my mom bought me a ticket back to montana to recharge and hang out and just veg...and it was amazing!!!

all of us in kingston in front of the bridge that i walk across EVERY day....pretty cool huh?sheena and i were just gonna walk through hyde park when we stumbled upon this awesome fair!!!!! we so lucked out!some of us in hampton court palace (king henry VII's old place) with some characters walking around...some of us girls in brighton on the pier....that was a windy day!ashley needed a little saving, good thing i was there to save her butt!!!

BOZEMAN/MANHATTAN MONTANA!!!!!

so i stayed in manhattan for the most part and hung out with my family and spent the rest in town with my friends (mainly with the ones that i didnt see over break that didnt come over and hang with me in europe). while i was home my mama totally spoiled me, i got a new ipod ( i paid for most of it and mine was stolen while i was on a train in london...boo), new clothes, and the best part.....

A NEW CAR!!!!!!!!

yeah i totally got a new car, its a 2003 silver nissan exterra. since hillary now drives she has my car since i am over here, and now i dont have anything to drive. i thought we were gonna deal with that small dilema when i came home but nope, we dealt with it now. i love my car to MADNESS!!!!!! so that is pretty much the coolest thing ever. and it was so great to see everyone and my family...it was just amazing! 10 days was a good amount of time but it flew by very very fast. it was a little harder to say bye to everyone this time around but i did it and now i am back and safe and sound in london. and i PROMISE next time i wont let it go so long before i update you on my adventures. (i am sorry though that i kinda flew through my travels...but i get a little lazy when its been this long, and you still get the basic idea...until next time!!!!)

danielle and i (my old neighbour) reunited...ben came up to come up and hang out with sheena and i. i thought i could hold all of ben's weight but i was sadly mistaken.
priscilla( who just got back from a semester away in costa rica) and ashley hanging out with the new puppy, Kenzie!!!!

ok so i know i have a lot of updating of my blog to do that includes:

a lot of my friends coming to london
and coming home to montana for about 10 days
